HR Executive

Are you looking for an amazing employment opportunity? Are you interested in the full HR function, from beginning to end? Ceek is looking for an HR Executive to join a well-established company in Malta.

What’s expected of you?

• Work with the HR Manager and relevant team members to expand and handle the full HR function, in line with the company’s strategy
• Consult with recruitment agencies and department managers to find the right candidates
• Onboard new team members
• Manage daily sick reporting and book doctors when necessary
• Consult with department managers & the H&S Officer/Manager to submit and file paperwork on any injuries reported
• Liaise to issue contract renewals and completion of probation letters
• Update job descriptions according to developing roles
• Help update the Performance Management System and Competency Framework
• Perform ad hoc duties related to the HR function

What are you expected to bring?

• A Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• A related degree would be considered an asset
• An ability to work with minimum supervision as well as in a team
• An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Maltese
