IT Systems Administrator

What’s expected of you?

• Manage and monitor the company’s IT infrastructure including servers, network devices, server OS, IT security, DR, and backup solution
• Provide technical support to various departments that complies with the company’s IT Service Management Standards, including desktop support and configuration of applications and other systems
• Assist with IT hardware procurement
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all company systems
• Interact with customers and staff at a technical level when required
• Support rollouts of new applications
• Maintain the IT inventory and system documentation

What are you expected to bring?

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Microsoft Certification (MCSE) or Cisco Certified Network Associate or Professional – CCNA/ CCNP highly desired
• Knowledgeable in server virtualisation technologies like VMWare Server/ESX or Microsoft HyperV
• Ideally have knowledge of technologies such as Jira, Office 365 and 3CX
• Extremely proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and network issues
• Good communication and administration skills
• Flexible, organised, and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Motivated to learn new technologies
• Can work in a team as well as independently
